Agents

• looks for leads for the company
• pre-screens loan applicants
• collects all necessary documents from loan applicants
• Works for commission (3.5% for every loan approved)

Sales Staff 

• checks all required documents of loan applicants
•  verifies the information given by applicants
•  confirm the accuracy of the borrower's financial information, such as income, assets, and debts 
•  assess whether a potential customer meets the eligibility criteria for the lending products. 
• encode client data

     Requirements

• College graduate
• must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Credit Investigator

• conduct investigations, such as interviewing the borrower or their references, to verify information and assess risk. 
• conduct investigations through ocular checks of applicants' place of business to asses if actual operations match the applicants' description
• conduct investigation regarding the reputation of applicant. 
• document all investigations and keep records
