 The interest rate is subject to the approval of the credit committee. The rate may vary depending on the loan amount as well as term length.

 We only accept new clients with checking account that is active for at least six (6) Months. We need clients to have a checking account because we receive loan payments through post-dated checks.

We  can process your application within 72 hours

 We will release your check personally or deposit your loan proceeds to your designated bank account. 

You will be required to issue monthly post-dated checks for the length of the loan

 Yes. However, You will be charged 5% of the outstanding balance as pre-termination fee. 

 All checks submitted to Agile Lending are forwarded immediately to our accredited Bank for check warehousing. Thus, it is very important to fund your checking account on time to avoid penalties and charges from your bank and from our office. 

We charge 6% of the past due amount.
